Passover Seder - Highlights🍷 🫓 🌿🥚 🐑Jesus is our Passover Lamb ( 1 Cor 5:7 ), and He celebrated the Passover with His disciples: ( Matt 26:20 , Mark 14:17 , Luke 22:14 , 1 Cor 11:17 ). Often we abbreviate this as “communion”, but there’s much more to this feast ( 1 of 8 Biblical annual feasts of the Lord ). 🍷Four Cups: Represent God's multi-faceted promises of redemption ( Ex 6:6-7 ), ultimately fulfilled in Yeshua the Messiah (Jesus Christ). 1. Cup of Sanctification . In Jesus, we are set apart for our Father God’s use as “vessels unto honor”. ( Rom 9 , 2 Tim 2:20-21 , Ep 2:10 , Is 29:16 , Is 45:9 , Is 64:8 , Jer 18 ) 2. Cup of Deliverance . In Jesus, we are delivered from bondage / slavery to sin and death. ( Rom 8 ) 3. Cup of Redemption . In Jesus, we are redeemed from anything not of faith, hope, and love.
